Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over $90 within Canada. For international shipping please contact us. For smaller purchases, a low flat rate applies based on your location.
For specific timelines, please check the individual product page before ordering. All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. Once an item has shipped, delivery within North America is typically between 7-14 business days. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order for more information.
To ensure the highest quality, some pieces from our signature Capella Design collection are crafted in small batches. This approach may result in a longer lead time with regular progress updates shared along the way.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt for return, store credit, or exchange. If the product you have received is defective or damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Goods soiled or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. All returns must have a return authorization. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us first for further instructions.
REPLACEMENT PARTS & REPAIRS
We believe products should be built to last. To extend the life of your purchase, we offer individual replacement parts for our signature Capella Design line. If a repair is needed, please contact us with a photo of the part, and we’ll be happy to explore the options with you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Unfortunately, we will not refund any postage costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order.
